Linda Osborne, DVM graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee in 1985 and has been the owner of Tri-County Small Animal Hospital since 1995.

        For almost 25 years she has been providing quality service and excellent patient care right here in this community.  The entire staff is committed to education.

        Jessica Smith, DVM is a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee, College of Veterinary Medicine.  She grew up in East Tennessee and loves being a part of this community.  She lives in Clinton with her dad, mom and sister.  Her family also includes her dog, Rocket, and her two cats, Milo and Sophie.  

        She will be marrying her fiancé Jeremy next year.  Her special interests include surgery, radiology and ultrasound.  Her hobbies include learning to play the guitar, concerts and reading.
